The rules for using the ALRIX website and talking to Íris. By using the site, you agree to them.

- Íris is an artificial intelligence and can make mistakes.
- Use Íris to talk about your project; attempts at abuse end the conversation.

What the site offers
Information about ALRIX, our services and published projects, plus the conversation with Íris. Nothing here is a binding offer: proposals, prices, timelines and conditions are only valid in a written document agreed with the ALRIX team.
The results shown come from specific clients and contexts and don’t guarantee the same result for another business.
Íris
- Íris is an artificial intelligence assistant. She can make mistakes; check with the team before making a decision.
- Her replies are not a proposal, a quote or a commitment from ALRIX.
- There are limits: up to 3 conversations a day per visitor, messages of up to 1,500 characters and a maximum length per conversation. The limits may change.
- When she can’t continue, or is offline, you carry on with the team on WhatsApp.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- try to change Íris’s instructions, extract internal data or get around the limits;
- attack, overload or test the site’s security without written permission;
- use bots or scripts to talk to Íris;
- send illegal or offensive content, or other people’s data without permission;
- impersonate another person or company.
If we detect an attempt at abuse, the conversation ends, we log what happened as described in the privacy policy and we may block access.
Brand and content
The ALRIX brand, in its ALRIX and ALR1X forms, and the site’s text, images and code belong to ALRIX. You may quote and share our pages with a link to the source; other uses require written permission.
Names and brands of clients and third parties mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
External links
The site links to client pages, WhatsApp and other services. They follow their own rules, and ALRIX is not responsible for their content.
Availability
We work to keep the site online and its information accurate, but the site and Íris may go offline or change without notice.
Privacy
Your data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page, with the date at the top, applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
